Washington County Habitat is finishing a subdivision, Woodcrest Heights. It is located about four miles past the Broughton Dairy Plant on Ohio Rt. 26, east of Marietta, Ohio. From Marietta, take Greene Street off Seventh Street (by the Speedway Station) and follow it to the development. Greene Street turns into Route 26. The development is just past Grimm's Apple Farm. Woodcrest has nine homes. Eight houses have been completed and the last one there will be finished very soon.
We need additional building sites! Once we have finished our current house, we need land to continue building. If you have land, or know of someone who does, please give us a call.
